All Nodo pieces are handcrafted to meet your expectations.
In the event that you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please notify us promptly by emailing hello@wearenodo.com within 14 days of receipt.
We cannot accept returns on personalised or bespoke pieces, as they have been customised especially for you.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Returns are accepted for items that are undamaged and unworn.
Due to hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
We will offer a full refund or repair any jewellery pieces found to be faulty or defective, please email us to return the faulty item.

RETURN COST


The buyer is responsible for covering the cost of the return shipping, and the delivery charges are non-refundable. We are not liable for any delay, theft, or loss of the returned package during transit. Therefore, please ensure that you securely package the items, obtain a tracking number, and directly contact the postal carrier in case of any issues.
